Love the healthy glow your skin has post-workout? Fake it anytime with these easy steps!
Naturally glowing skin is a big pro in favor of working out when your lazy butt is in bed contemplating whether or not to go for that run. Glowing skin is something you can achieve without make-up by simply getting your heart rate up through physical activity. Thing is, this glow fades when your body has gone back to its resting mode and your skin will go back to its old self as well. If you want to keep your rosy cheeks a little while longer, here’s how to fake it!
Aside from your regular powder, make sure you own another one about 2-3 shades darker than your actual skin tone. After prepping with your everyday concealer and powder routine, Take a blush brush and dip and swirl in your other powder (the darker one) Tap it on your wrist slightly to remove excess powder and apply on the apples of your cheeks and extend upwards towards your hairline.
On top of this, you will need a nice peach-toned blush. The previous powder will make your skin slightly darker in places that matter, and this will make your face not only look a bit narrower, it will also give you a slight tan which will already make you look healthy! Take your peach-toned blush and apply it on the apples of your cheeks only. This will bring out the glow you wish to achieve.
If you wish, you can also add some of your darker powder to your forehead, nose and chin. Remember to apply sparingly as the best makeup is when you look like you aren’t wearing any!
