Problem Area : Belly
People might think that doing hundreds of situps will lead to a perfectly flat stomach, but in fact, it is only part of it. To get rid of that extra bulge, include a high intensity cardio routine to your workout. You'll see your abs faster than you expected.
Problem Area : Arms
Does it jiggle when you wave? Do you feel like your arms look too big when you wear tank tops or sleeveless shirts? Incorporate weights into your workout, concentrating on your triceps and shoulders to even everything out. Perhaps you could try some tricep dips or hammer curls.
Problem Area : Legs
Your lefs are the easiest part of your body to tone, especially because it already has a lot of muscle. Make sure that you do a lot of cardiovascular exercise such as jogging or running. Remember to include free weights in your workout. Use free weights (not more than 10 lbs) and do high repetitions of different exercises such as lunges and squats. This will reduce the chance of getting bulky in this area and keep your legs perfectly toned.
