10 Do's and Don'ts for Women during Their Workout

Here are a few do's and don'ts to stay looking beautiful during your workout.

DO wear clothes that fit you well. Make sure your workout outfit compliments your figure and allows you to move freely. All women want to feel and look good no matter what the situation!

DON’T go for that ratty t-shirt and loose shorts. A lot of women opt for men’s clothing for exercise but knowing that you aren’t in the most flattering clothes might make you feel more self-conscious during your workout. Oversized clothes also restrict movements.

DO prioritize your hair by tying it in a ponytail so it doesn’t get in the way during your workout. Long hair is both a blessing and a curse for active women. Having your hair falling in your face while exercising can be extremely distracting.

DON’T tie your hair too tightly. Have you noticed that when your ponytail is too tight it tends to give you headaches? The last thing you want is to start feeling unwell in the middle of your routine.

DO invest in a nice pair of rubber shoes. This will not only make you look good but also provide your ankles and feet with the right kind of support during your workout.

DON’T keep using the same old pair over and over again as the sole deforms with time and use, and it loses its therapeutic properties.
