4 white fish fillets (tilapia, cod, haddock, etc.)
4 tablespoons of pickle relish
1 tablespoon of butter
1/4 cup of sour cream
1/4 cup of low-fat milk
4 tablespoons of mustard
Salt, pepper

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper. Butter a baking dish and bake the fillets for 15 minutes. In a bowl, mix the creams, mustard, pickle relish, and additional salt and pepper. Take the fish out of the oven after 15 minutes and discard any water that may have cooked out. Add the sauce on the fillets and bake for another 10 minutes. Serve very hot.
