Potatoes Au Gratin

4 large potatoes, peeled and cut into rounds
1 tablespoon of fresh rosemary (or 1/2 tablespoon of dried)
1 tablespoon of paprika
1 large onion, cut into rings
1/2 cup of mushrooms, sliced
1/2 cup of leeks, sliced
3 tablespoons of cheese

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Season the potato slices with salt, pepper, rosemary, and paprika.
In a buttered dish, place one layer of potatoes, then add a layer of onions, leeks, and mushrooms. Add another row of potatoes, then onions, mushrooms, and leeks, until all ingredients are used. Top with cheese.
Bake for about 40, until the potatoes are fully cooked.
