1/4 kilo of lean ground beef 1 onion, chopped 1 small can of mushrooms 1/2 pack of all-purpose cream 1/4 cup of low-fat milk 1/4 cup of water 2 teaspoons of canola or vegetable oil Salt, pepper
Heat the oil and sauté the onion until it turns translucent. Add the beef and sauté until completely brown. Add the cream, milk, water, and mushrooms. Leave to simmer for 15-20 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve on top of toasted bread.
