3 cups of skim or low-fat milk 1 can of sweetened condensed milk 3 eggs 1/4 cup of grated coconut
Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F. Heat the milk. In a bowl, beat the eggs and then incorporate the sweetened condensed milk. Add the coconut and then the warm milk. Stir. Distribute the mixture among 6 individual servings. Place the containers on a baking tray, half filled with water. Bake for 30 minutes. Serve chilled.

What if we dont have oven...whats the other alternative? can it be steam
