Tomato and Feta Cheese Tart

2 cups of flour
3 tablespoons of olive oil
1 small glass of water
5 tomatoes
1 tablespoon of mustard
1 bunch of basil
1/2 cup of feta cheese, diced
Salt, spices or herbs of your choice (curry, rosemary, parsley, etc.)

Preheat the oven to 350 ° F.
Prepare the dough by mixing the flour, salt (and spices), oil, and water.
Form a ball and spread on the pie dish with the palm of your hand.
Cut the tomatoes into rounds, crosswise.
