1 head of cabbage 1 small onion, diced 1 carrot, chopped finely 2 cloves of garlic, minced 1/4 kilo of ground beef or pork 1/2 cup of cooked rice 1 egg Salt, pepper. 1 8 oz. can of spaghetti sauce
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Choose the large leaves of cabbage. Immerse the leaves in boiling water, about 2-3 minutes, until the leaves are tender.
Combine all other ingredients except the spaghetti sauce. Season the mixture with salt and pepper. Stuff a cabbage leaf with about 1 tablespoon of the meat and roll into a cigar-shaped roll. Place the cabbage rolls in a casserole and pour the spaghetti sauce.
Bake for about 45-60 minutes.

you can cook the roll cabbage in a casserole ,put the slice tomatoes first then arrange the cabbage roll then pour the chicken broth with mixture of tomato paste . place on top of cabbage something heavy like plate so that the cabbage roll will be cooked firmly as it is simmer for 30mins in low fire put patis salt & pepper to taste..
