1 box of lasagna noodles, cooked 1/4 kilo of salmon 1/2 kilo of frozen spinach 2 packs of all-purpose cream Parmesan Salt, pepper Dill (optional)
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Thaw the spinach beforehand. Cook the lasagna noodles according to instructions. Combine the spinach with cream, season with salt and pepper. Line a casserole dish with parchment or wax paper (to avoid butter). Line the bottom with a layer of noodles, then salmon, then spinach. Repeat until all ingredients are used. Sprinkle the top with dill (if using) and parmesan cheese. Bake for 25 minutes.

I don't think there is one! You can choose to not use dill any more, but it's pretty common for supermarkets to have it. =)
I have a friend whose house is surrounded by dill, it's pretty funny. =)

i love pasta ...instead of salmon, how about tuna in can? is it healthy since i know it is also loaded with salt.... thanks.

i think it's ok to use tuna. if you're concerned about the sodium content, you can drain the tuna and then wash it with water first to remove the excess sodium in it. you can also use the low sodium versions, it's indicated in the label
