4 pieces chicken breast 2 small containers of plain creamy yogurt Salt and pepper 2 cup cereal (corn flakes or Special K)
Honey mustard sauce 1/4 cup of mustard 2 tablespoons of honey Salt and pepper
Cut the chicken breast into 1-inch strips. Combine the chicken strips, yogurt, salt, and pepper in a bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes. 5 minutes before baking, preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Put the cereal in a plastic bag and crush them with a heavy can or bottle, until coarse. When the chicken is done marinating, coat each strip well with the cereal and place the chicken strips on a baking tray. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through. Combine the honey-mustard sauce ingredients together and serve with the chicken.

can anyone post a picture for this recipe, so I know what it's supposed to look like when it's cooked properly?
