1/8 kilo pork loin 1/2 kilo green asparagus 2 tablespoon of fresh chopped thyme 2 tablespoons of peanut oil 1/2 small container of plain yogurt 2 tablespoons of sour cream the juice of 1 lemon 1 handful of chopped chervil or parsley Salt, pepper
Clean the asparagus and peel the lower third of the stalk. Plunge in boiling water, and cook for about 10 to 15 minutes. Cut the pork into thin slices and season with salt, pepper, and thyme. Heat the oil in a pan and brown the pork for 4 minutes, turning regularly. Add the yogurt, sour cream, and lemon juice to the pan when the pork is cooked. Heat the sauce without bringing to a boil. Taste and adjust the salt and pepper. Turn off the heat and add the parsley. Place the asparagus on the plate, and top with the cream sauce.

Write here..if it's too sour for your taste try adding a little RAW WILD HONEY...say 1 tablespoon...raw honey is healthy.
