Ingredients: 2 cups water 1/2 cup all-purpose cream 1/4 cup sugar (or to taste) 2 tablespoons green unflavored gulaman powder 2 tablespoons calamansi, lemon or fresh orange juice 2 to 3 pieces kiwi, cubed
Directions: 1. In a pot, bring to a boil water, cream, and sugar. 2. Add gelatin and stir continuously until completely dissolved. Add calamansi juice. Remove from heat and let cool. 3. Arrange 2 to 3 tablespoons of cubed kiwi in individual serving glasses. Pour in cooled but unset gelatin mixture. Chill to set.

Write here...all purpose cream is too fattening
