Ingredients for 1 person:

•120 g lean pork chop
•2 cups rice washing
•½ cup gabi tubers, quartered
•1/2 teaspoons salt
•1 pc tomato
•1/2 cup cut sitaw or string beans (2 inch lengths)
•1 tsp sliced sweet pepper
•1 tanglad or lemon grass leaf
•1 sprig yerba Buena
•1 tbsp green onions

Preparation:
1.Boil meat in rice washing for 40 minutes.
2.Add gabi tubers and salt. Cook for 5 minutes.
3.Add sitaw and pepper. Cook for 3 minutes.
4.Add herbs, tomatoes and green onions. Cook for 3 minutes longer.
5.Serve hot.

what is yerba buena? does it have another name? cant find it in the grocer...thanks
