Oatmeal Bar

2 1/2 cups quick cooking oats
1 can condensed milk
1 pack crushed grahams
1/2 cup chocolate chips

Mix all the ingredients together and put it in a baking pan. Cover the pan with foil so as not to make the oatmeal bar dry as it cooks. Bake for about 30 mins in an oven or oven toaster over medium heat.

yeah I think raisins would be a great choice for alternative to chocolate chips..

I tried this over the weekend..I added raisins and fruit preserve instead of choco chips. I made sure the raisins were at room temp and fresh looking ( all puffy and shiny )..I didnt crushed the grahams too much so that there would be more texture. I used the imported variety of oatmeal ( big ones )..the verdict..so yummy..perfect topping for yoghurt.
