* 3 cups (200 g) of dessicated coconut * 1 can of condensed milk * 1/2 cup of white sugar * 1/2 cup of melted butter * 1 teaspoon of vanilla * 3 eggs * 1 cup of cheese (any mild soft cheese), grated
1. Preheat your oven to 350° F. 2. Combine all ingredients above in a bowl. 3. Drop teaspoons on a baking sheet, or in lined macaroon tins if using. 4. Bake for 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
Great warm or cooled.

i don't like some sweet food sometimes it depend upon on my taste for a day, ex,, if i can eat any sweet food, i also find then any salty food,,and yet we don't have oven,,

I miss doing macaroons...I usually bake them during Christmas and before New Year's Eve as gifts that my mom would give to neighbors. It also would be nice to use almond slices...puts a bit of a crunch. ^^

FAINNE: If you have an oven toaster, that would do. That was how I first started. You could always reduce the condensed milk if you are not much into sweets. Try!
