1 bunch bulaklak ng kalabasa
1/4 squash cut in small pieces
2 bunches of saluyut leaves
2 cups of water
1 shrimp boulion
1 tomato cut into 4
2 cloves of garlic
1 small red onion cut into 4
ginger

boil garlic, tomato,onion in a medium size saucepan and after boiling for 30 minutes put in boulion, mix and add the squash,cook until tender.Then put in flowers of squash and saluyut leaves then cover the pot and turn off the heat.

we often cook this recipe and my children liked it.it's a healthy meal.
