1 cup (150 g) of tofu 1 tablespoon of olive oil 200 g of cooked rice or vermicelli noodles (bihon, sotanghon) 1 egg 1 clove of garlic, minced 2 cups of broccoli, cut into small florets 1 tablespoon of Chinese bean paste
Cook the noodles according to directions. Heat 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil in a wok over medium fire Add the egg and cooked noodles. Mix well and cook for two minutes. Place the noodles on a serving platter and set aside. Add the rest of the oil to the wok. Add the garlic and sauté until brown. Add the tofu, broccoli, and bean paste. Mix well and let cook for 7 to 10 minutes. Pour the tofu and broccoli on top of the noodles and serve immediately.

im glad to see this recipe posted here already, this is my diet since January this year. im also into no-rice diet, and replace rice into moderate amount of noodles, since noodles are also made up of carbohydrates. There's no way to worry insufficient carbs in your daily nutrition intake. try this! im loving this recipe!

what's a chinese bean paste? What is it's ingredients? Cause I'm allergic with many Chinese sauces. Is there a substitute to that?
