4 tablespoons of yogurt or cottage cheese 2 tablespoons of sunflower or nut oil 1 banana 2 tablespoons of oats (uncooked) 6 almonds or other nuts (except peanuts) additional fresh fruit of your choice
Combine the yogurt and oil. Mash the banana, and add the remaining ingredients in the yogurt until mixed.

What is this recipe named after?Was that the creator?Anyhow,I had it this AM.1st time I encountered it.I mixed 2tbsps yoghurt & 2tbsps. cottage cheese(w/c is my fave anyway).Fortunately,I had pure grapeseed oil I used for my salad from Canada so I used that.Looking at the recipe last nite;it looks weird.But you know what?It taste great.I used papaya as additional fruit.
Learned something new for breakfast.Thanks.
