Asparagus in Sesame Oil

Ingredients:

fresh apparagus spears, trimmed
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/4 tsp sesame oil
sesame seeds, toasted

Procedure:

1.Cook asparagus in boiling water for 1 minute and transfer to a large bowl of ice (using tongs) and let it stand for 2 mins. Drain the asparagus (best if you pat dry with paper towels) and put it in a large resealable bag.

2. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce and sesame oil and pour over asparagus. Seal the bag and chill for about 1-4 hours. Drain, and discard the soy sauce mixture. To serve, sprinkle asparagus with sesame seeds.

i like it! i have plans to plant asparagus in my farm thus i want to try to cook this-- its very simple.
