"I'm Ellen, a busy working mom with 1 kid. I love eating out with friends and family but with very minimal exercise. Recently, my FBS results are not encouraging as my triglyceride, HDL, LDL levels are not improving significantly. I'm not getting any younger that's why I want to live a healthier lifestyle. I also owe it to my family especially to my daughter that I become fit so that I can join her activities. I hope to lose 20 lbs in this program.
