I'm a coffee addict and I'm thinking of switching to drinking green tea instead.

It is said that if coffee acts as a stimulant, it aids in burning calories efficiently because it boosts your metabolism but if it acts as a relaxant, it doesn't have any effect on your metabolism. If you add sugar and creamer in your coffee, you are only adding up calories. Drinking black coffee is a better option.

Green tea, on the other hand, helps in digestion. It is also packed with antioxidants same with black coffee. Green tea contains catechin polyphenols, particularly epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG). It is a powerful antioxidant that inhibits the growth of cancer cells, without harming healthy tissue. EGCG is said to be two time powerful than resveratrol, an antioxidant found in grapes.

I've always been a tea drinker since coffee gives me palpitations. I drink tea everyday and i still get the kick i need throughout the day.

Im currently drinking 1 sachet of Sanmig original coffee every morning. And I just heard that it contains Aspartame which others said is not good for health. I might switch to tea next week. :D

I'm a coffee addict, and I can't live without at least one cup of coffee each day! I try to limit myself to only 12 oz in the morning.

But when I need an afternoon caffeine fix, I'd since learned to stick to green tea, so I can sleep better at night.

Plus... if you use teabags to make your tea, you can put the teabags aside and put it on your eyes, they said it will help lessen your eyebugs :)
