BT 7 x 7 Challenge plan

posted by laarni on 06-02-2012 à 02:32

Hey Belles!

For this week's BT challenge, we are all aiming to reach at least 7,000 steps daily which is really a lot especially for most of us who have work seating in front of the computer. So here's my question for all,

HOW ARE YOU PLANNING TO REACH THE 7,000 STEPS DAILY???

Tell us and inspire each and everyone to push themselves to the quota!

Good luck to the week ahead!
