Hi Belles!

Do you know that drinking a glass of lukewarm to hot water as soon as you wake up helps flush out toxins in your body, prepare your digestives for food, and makes your skin suple?

What do you usually have as soon as you wake up?

a. Coffee (black, instant, 3 in 1, brewed)

b. Milk (low fat, skim milk, whole milk)

c. Tea (green, white, herbal infusion, black)

d. Chocolate (dark, with milk)

e. A glass of water (hot or cold)

Any of the above morning beverage is okay. The key is to limit the sugar or just use Stevia as sweetener and opt for a nonfat cream to add.

Try drinking lukewarm to hot water for 1 week as soon as you wake up and see the difference. You'll notice that it is better to detox first before you take your usual morning beverage. Let us know of the results. :)

I keep water w me all the time. While I work, I have a tumblr w me filled w water, and really, it flushes out whatever is in me several times a day and I feel great. :)) It also helps me stay free of any constipation problems. In fact, I dont think I ever have been.
