My 24-hour food recall

One of the most helpful ways in losing weight id to make a diet dietary and to start the habit of recording your actual food intake, here's a simple drill.

Let's start fro yesterday's food intake;

Breakfast 6 AM at home

1/2 cup rice

3 pcs pork from adobo

1 omelet

1 cup coffee

 

AM Snack - 9 AM office

1 pc chocolate chip cookie from Janabanana

1 cup coffee

 

Lunch 12 Noon Office

1/2 cup rice

1 slice relleno bangus

 

Snack 3:30 PM Monty's

1/2 serving of ginataang halo halo

1 slice pineapple

1 slice honeydew

 

Dinner: 7:30 PM

1 bowl of bulangbulang

1 pc chicken thigh

orange juice

 

snack

half slice of wheat bread with peanut butter filing

5 sticks barquillos

 

lunch

oatmeal

 

snack

bisquit

 

dinner

veggie

Raclette on toasted foccacia with honey

coffee

 

Lunch:

None

 

Snack :

Auntie Anne's Almond Pretzel

 

Dinner :

1 serving (1 heaping serving spoon) of coconut rice

2 sticks chicken satay with peanut sauce

2 servings beansprout and carrot stir fry

6 strawberries for dessert
