What's your typical breakfast?

Eating breakfast regularly can speed up weight loss. It helps to manage food cravings and frequent nibbling throughout the day. It also gives you the energy you need for the whole day.

A good breakfast can be as simple as:

  • whole wheat bread with peanut butter,
  • 1 pc of poached egg
  • 1 cup of coffee

OR

  • 1/2 cup of aot bran with low fat milk
  • 1 pc boiled egg
  • 1 cup of tea

 depends really... i work in a shifting schedule so sometimes, i'm not able to eat breakfast. but when i have the time, i have oats and milk, or wheat biscuits and lots of water...

 My usual breakfast would be a banana and pineapple juice or apple juice with C-lium.

My usual breakfast:

Wheat bread with peanut butter, 1 pc banana and low fat milk..

I usually have soft boiled egg + toast and coffee or if not, pan de sal with cheese or egg+cheese and coffee
