Did you recently try to stop eating rice? That's also a possible cause of constipation.

Also, regular exercise will help stimulate the bowels.

Hi All!

Try prune juice. It will move your bowel fast and you'll surely have an e-pass ticket to the comfort room in less than an hour. :)

Eat more fruits, vegetables and fiber-rich foods! Also, try C-lium Fibre. I use it and it really helps:)
