before i really eat whatever i want, but since yesterday i told myself that i really have to lose a lot of weight, i wish i can control myself from eating junkfoods and burger... specially when im in the ofc.. |

I eat whatever I want from junk foods, to softdrinks, to chocolates, cakes... it's different everytime I guess... |

You can chocolate w/ lower levels of sugar to lessen the guilt. Healthy Options has organic chocolate, as well as up to 70% cocoa chocolate bars--it's not as sweet but will hit the spot! I also crave salty food when Im pmsing and it's agonizing not to be able to have any. Maybe instead of eating a bag of chips, just grab a handful to satisfy the craving. That way, you can keep yourself happy without binging! |

laarni, our nutritionist just told me that salty stuff two weeks before the period will really make us bloat. :-| how difficult NOT to take in salty food tho!! thats EXACTLY what i crave for when i PMS... :( |

yeah...chocolates for me too. but i try to get the dark ones :P |

EVERYTHING that is suggested, whatever I read about. But it's usually the old classic, chocolate. |
