Getting Started with My Diet

week 1 of my program is water intake

how do i do this? drink at least 8 glasses of water divided into 24 hours or drinks 3 glasses at one time? coz what i do, you know the nestea small pitcher, i think that's 1 liter, if i sit down and surf the net, i try to finish it up. is that ok? does it also mean no coffee nor tea? coz i love drinking tea...

If I enroll and Im given this water therapy diet, gusto ko to cause i love drinking. i hope makayanan ko na wag uminom ng soda.

Hi! I''m just new here. tanong ko lang sa water therapy kailangan hindi cold water yung 8glasses water per day or more. I heard kase na nakakataba din daw ang cold water. I''m starting to do water therapy hope makayanan ko.

hi everyone,

 

happy mothers day to all mommys in belle>>>>

yes seriously talaga..nagstart ako last thursday not eating rice at all...

sa umaga coffee with biscuit or bread.lunch ko water and biscuit,,then kain ako ng 4pm  biscuit uli tapos low fat milk nalang sa gabi bago matulog...

ang alam ko kasi 73 or 75 ang gain weght ko b4 i started my diet, then this morning nag weighed ako 69lbs...ganun ba kabilis epekto nun...hehheeh...

more water talaga dapat...bukas pa kasi yung program ko.....sana nga magtuloy tuloy

tama pala yung taga fitness first na friend ko  na MIND OVER BODY LANG DAW ANG DIET....

 I'm a new member here and my program for this week is water therapy. I'm not a big fan of water but I'll try my best!  Lately, I was diagnosed of having costochondritis that's why I really need to lose weight to lessen pain attacks on my chest. Wish me luck!

I really can''t wait to start it. It is hard for me to stick to a diet so I will be looking for a lot of motivation. Good luck everyone! Not a big water fun but oh well. Here I go. I heard people can lose up to 8 to 10 pounds a week on this? I can''t wait to see. I want something that works WITH my body not against it and I think this may be it. Gonna cross my fingers and wish for the best! Water, water here I come. lol!

hello everyone....im starting my water diet habang wala pa ang plan ko...gusto ko lang malaman f ok lang ba na uminom ako ng kape sa umaga then bread sa lunch at low fat milk sa gabi...nagstart n din ako ng no rice for 2 days na...

please answer my question...salamt n godbless

 

Hi! Ako naman NRD No Rice Diet... Coffee in the morning, bread sa lunch and low fat milk sa dinner -> as in yan lang ang intake mo? curious lang po... Anyway we can do this.. Ako nga lahat kinakain ko, except rice pero once a week meron naman akong cheat day na pwede ako kumain ng onting rice... Running 5 months na ko no rice ok naman din, mejo bumagal nalang un pag-lose nun tumagal kasi nasanay na din ata body ko.. Need ko exercise, napakasedentary ko kasi.. Try mo kaya un WEBMD na metabolism and calorie counter.. Kasi pwede mo dun malaman un dami ng calorie na kelangan ng body mo depende sa height, weight, gender, age and level of activity.. dapat ba wala talagang intake maski cofee o tea sa umaga kasi di ako makaligo ng walang kape o tsaa....

I am so excited and happy!!! It helps to have a partner in motivating oneself. I have been trying to loose weight for years. And each day is day 1. Now am more than motivated and will do this the healthy way. First step... Water! Water! Water! So water it is!!!
