The best way to lose fat, wherever it is, is through a combination of diet and exercise. Minimize your portions and choose healthier food like fruits and vegetables. hello! I am really worried about my belly fat... it is not actually big..but i really hate looking myself in the mirror with a big tummy...what is your suggestion for me to have a flat and sexy tummy..thank you

 

Hi! What helped me is walking up and down the stairs for 15 mins in the morning and  15 mins in the evening.  You see I do not have time for the  gym.  The incline of the stairs helps pull in the tummy and ab muscles.  Slow but helps!
