Hi,just wanna ask if how true that eating fruits after a meal is not good?

Hi Cecille! Eating fruits every meal is good. However, eating the same kind of food every meal is not quite healthy since "no singel food can provide all the nutrients your body needs" The principle MO-BA-VA applies to this. Eat in MOderation- the right amount Eat with BAlance- the right sources of food (energy, muscle repair and building, body regulating foods) Eat with VAriety- the right kind of food I hope this has answered your concern |

hello...I just would like to ask if aside eating any kind of food i prefer to eat fruits, is it good? That means at breakfast ,lunch and even dinner I eat only oatmeal and any kind of fruits. Is it good for? Thank you!

i just read an article saying it's not good to eat fruits after meals...but to wait for at least one hour after meal then eat fruits. i'm a little bit worried because i always eat banana right after every meal. i just want to know what is really true?

No, it's not true. One of the current nutritional guideline is to eat 2 - 3 servings of fruit a day. It doesn't matter when do you want to eat it. Eating fruits after a meal acually lessen your cravings for something sweet. A piece of fresh fruit is definitely a healthier alternative than a sinful dessert. |
