posted by laarni on 26-01-2012 à 01:44

Do you find it hard to start a regular physical activity?
Do you feel like this is very time consuming and demanding to allot 30minutes of your 24 - hour day to day living to a regular fitness activity for your health's sake?

Do you feel like I'm trying to make you feel guilty with what I am saying here?

Well, I would like to push you a little to start a regular fitness activity TODAY!
You may start with simple brisk walking or jogging. Do it by:

a. straight 30 minutes
b. 3 sets of 10 minutes
c. 2 sets of 15 minutes

Or do you have any other activities in mind that you want to commit yourself into? Make a pledge and start doing it TODAY! :)

Hello there! I would like to welcome you to the forum though I am new here as well.  In as much as everyone would like to lose weight, it would be better if you do not really put a number to it but rather try to live it as a lifestyle.

Though it is hard to get it started that way and it boils down to how aware you are with it.  It also is not about cutting your weight by not eating but by just helping it through working out.

That's true, oganie! :)

happy to read your helpful commenst in the forums. Keep them coming.

I super understand shane14 and simplicity_real! it really is hard to find the time to exercise. I admit I havent in a really long time. And I'm thinking I should try and get back to it in the summer. But really, only so much can be said. I will have to just do it.

And today,  we the BelleToday team, start our first challenge -- NO SWEETS for one week! I guess this is a start to living healthy. And a more obvious pledge I can make towards improving my own lifestyle.
