To have a flat belly you must exercise regularly.Your focus is your belly:). There are a lot of exercise that you can do at home like sit-ups. It is really proven that sit-ups can flatten our belly. Dancing also can help.Do this as many times as you can. Also, consider your meal diet.:) |
