Getting Started with My Diet

need advices as a newbie

Hi! I'm just new here. I'm 18 years old. My target weight is 103 lbs and my current weight is 115lbs. I just want to get tips or advices for you regarding an effective meal plan and exercise. Thanks:)

@janabanana, where can i find your recipes?i jog once or twice a week depending on my schedule and sometimes I also dance at home watching CDs.
@victoriacastillo, actually I'll just turn 18 this december 17..115lbs was my weight last 3 months but now when I checked my weight in the gym I already weigh 112lbs..but I want to make my arms slimmer and my tummy smaller and lose extra fats..

Our recipes are available on our website, just click on the tab that says Meals :)

To really see a difference, you need to add to your workout. Instead of jogging 2x a week, why don't you add one more day and try interval training. You can check my blog for other ideas :)

hi jelly, check out our recipes for nutritious, low fat meals that will help you on your journey to weight loss. for exercise, it is all dependent on what you like to do for fun. for example :

if you like going out + partying with friends = attend a dance class

if you like the outdoors = jogging / trekking

if you like staying at home and doing nothing = yoga
