how can i motivate myself to lose weight?..please advise,, i need extreme one..haha

Hi yheryl! Okay yan na ginagawa mong gradual yung pagbabawas ng rice every meal, pero hindi mo naman kailangan na tanggalin ang kanin totally. You can eat 1/2 cup of rice, pasta or 2 slices of bread every meal para may carbo ka pa rin. Hindi masama ang carbo kasi ito ang pinagmumulan ng enerhiya mo sa araw araw. Para hindi ka naman magutom masyado, palitan mo ng gulay kung ano man ang ibabawas mo sa kanin |

ako 2maba rin ako after getting birth sa dlwa kng anak.... enemy ko ung mga sis ng husband ko dhl cguro mamas boy at nagun hndi n kya galit cla lht skin... ang twag kya nla skin DABIANA at BIG PIG kainis, nag start ako nung january 9-14, 2012 1 cup of rice 1 pasta, now 3/4 cup of rice... kc ang hbol ko in a few weeks mwwla na ang rice for me at pasta kc un ata ang pnka mbigat na fud kya ako 2mtba... 81.14 kilo ako now.... my plan is 57.27 n sna mkya ko.... un lng... hehehe |

hi..thank you so much sa advise mo...susundin ko lahat ito at sana nga magawa ko till the end hindi puro umpisa lang hehe.. actually nag-start na ko nung friday na uminom ng mas maraming tubig at kumain lang ng konti.. pero minsan nakakaramdam pa rin ako ng gutom kaya minsan siguro dahil nakasanayan ko ng kumain ng madami (kahit ano lang) natetempt pa rin akong kumain just to satisfy my hunger.. after that nagi-guilty na ko.. bawal sakin ang sobrang exercise kasi my goiter ako(nakuha ko to ng manganak ako sa 2nd baby ko), walking lang ang pwede sakin.. un din kasi ang isa sa side effect pag may goiter ka,,mag-iincrease ng weight (nabasa ko lang sa net),kaya sa food lang ako pwede pero bawal din naman ang mga veggies na root crops like carrots, potatoes, sayote etc., at yung repolyo.. hirap ng sitwasyon ko noh?.. tungkol naman sa motivation.. gusto kong pumayat kasi nagrereklamo na sakin ung hubby ko. sobra na daw ang taba ko, plus the fact na natatakot akong baka maghanap sya ng iba (kasi alam kong mga sexy ang weakness nya at syempre para din sa sarili ko, namimiss ko na din ung dating katawan ko (115lbs) at ayaw ko naman na tumanda ng sobrang taba at mahirap din kumilos pag mabigat ka..plus pwedeng maraming sakit ang dumapo pag mataba ang tao. 160lbs. na ko ngayon, kahit 30lbs. lang ang mabawas masaya na ko.. or kahit 10lbs. lang sa nagyon basta mabawasan lang talaga hehe pwedeng add din kita as a friend? thank you ulit.. Actually, ganyan din nangyari sa kin. It was 2007 when I faced the problems of being obese - I was 208lbs that time. Every year during August, I set out on a weightloss journey, pero after a month - after seeing I lost maybe 4lbs. wala na, nawala na sa focus then next year I will find out I am heavier than I was last year. This year my starting weight was 226lbs, but this year has been my strongest kasi nasa focus pa rin naman ako after 2 months and I lost more than 10lbs na. Most of the time, ako rin tagaluto dito sa bahay. What I do is, I plate my own food (and I make sure na kainin lang kung ano'ng nasa plato ko). First month, 1 cup of rice lang talaga then after two weeks 3/4 cup na. Now, pag lunch 2/3 cup of rice, pag dinner 1/2. Sa simula nakaka-asiwa yung ime-measure pa yung food, pati ulam ko mine-measure (70g pag karne, 100g pag fish and seafood), pero nakakasanayan rin. Since ikaw ang tagaluto, try to modify the food na lang - lessen the fried food and opt to cook dishes that will benefit everyone in the family like sinigang na fish or nilagang baka (at least may veggies doon, and you may consider to eat more of the veggies and less of the meat). I do have my own food journal, too. It works for me kasi everytime I am tempted to eat something like junk food for snacks, iniisip ko pa lang na dapat ko siyang isulat sa journal ko, ayaw ko na kainin kasi part of me is nahihiya kapag mahaba ang list of food intake ko for the day. :) Sure we can be friends! I think Belle Today is a good avenue for us to inspire and motivate each other. Basta, try to enjoy things - don't deprive yourself much... go and eat full meal. If you think 1 cup of rice and ulam is too little, start with something na kaya mong i-sustain for a while like eating one serving lang (no second servings). In time naman ikaw na rin ang magre-regulate ng food intake mo especially when you see good changes. :) |

Hello, Alecs, I know what you're going through is hard, we've all been there. Plus the fact na ikaw pa nagluluto ng food nyo, ako din dito. Malapit ka sa temptation, but immersing yourself kagad into extreme measures, like depriving yourself too much ng biglaan...ayun, dun tayo minsan mas magrerelapse sa temptation at lalo tayo mafufrustrate.
Maybe mas mabuti na itake natin yun ng one day at a time. Tandaan natin, ang Rome ay di ginawa ng isang arawan lang (tagalugin daw ba). Kaya mo yan, paisa isang araw lang :) Mahirap kasi pag madalian, madali ding mawawala sa atin. Di ba sabi nga, easy come, easy go? Pwede mong sundin tong program ng Belletoday, for starters. Every week they give out a very doable objectives. Tulad ng sa first week, tungkol sa paginom ng mas maraming tubig kesa sa artificial drinks tulad ng soft drinks. Tapos you can also try their beginner exercise plan din, usually they wouldn't take longer than an hour at nakapagehersisyo ka na. If for an instance may nagawa kang tama for that day, say, umiwas ka sa softdrinks at nagexercise ka din, then treat yourself into anything na hindi food (a magazine, top, or something) Small wins yun, and with every win, you get encouraged to stick with the plan.
Tungkol sa motibasyon, since di ko pa alam ano background mo sa ngayon, isheshare ko na lang yung akin: gusto ko lang makita kung ano yung potensyal ko kung aalagaan ko sarili ko. Ayokong tumanda at magisip ng, "what if". Drama ba? Yun na lang regalo ko sa sarili ko. That may not be as motivating sa iyo, but iba iba kasi tayo (saka siguro weird ako haha) Sa tingin mo, ano yung sa iyo? Bakit mo gustong pumayat? :)
Ay, ang haba, sorry! But if you need a weight loss buddy, game ako, sabayan kita (kung gusto mo lang). You can also ask help from the Belletoday Team, in my experience (been a member for more than a year now) they've been really helpful, encouraging and friendly.

thank you so much.. pero i've tried that before and nothing happened..pumayat nga ako but then tumaba na naman. i think my real problem is pag nagta-try akong mag diet, but at the middle of my mission bigla akong nawawala sa focus at sa isang iglap nawala lahat ung pinaghirapan ko..and worst, mas tumaas pa ang timbang ko kesa sa dati.. nahihirapan din akong mag-focus kasi ako pa naman ang taga-luto dito sa bahay, nate-tempt akong kumain...ang hirap sobra.. gusto ko na talagang pumayat...haisst :( i'm trying now the water diet at crackers lang pero dinadaya ko lang ang sarili ko kasi kumakain pa din ako ng rice although hindi na sya ganun karami...sana mapanindigan ko na to.. :) anyways, thanks for your advised. i really appreciate it. i'm just new here and i need friends.. can we be friends? thanks again. My personal motivation is to "wear a two-piece swimsuit in public." I needed to lose 76lbs to get to my goal weight... I still have a long way to get there, but the thought of someday wearing that piece of clothing is motivating me to continue pushing forward. There are so many reasons for motivation - family, significant other, career, health - but whatever reason you may find, just keep pushing forward and find your inner strength to reach your goals. Kaya mo yan! |
