Getting Started with My Diet

Hi Guys,

I'm kindah new here, so would anyone tell me please how and where can I get my Diet Plan and my Weight loss program based on my current weight and target weight? I wanted to know how much calories should I only take in during breakfast, lunch and dinner to achieve my target in one-two months.

hindi poh aq payat or mataba........

to be honest tama lng poh yong katawan q but my bel bel poh.....n i want to get rid of it........
