crash dieting only leads to further weight gain in the end.

ummm in one week pwede din maglose but if u eat too much talagang babalilk,... control eating ... lang talaga.

Any drastic loss within one week is definitely not healthy. I discourage this. The best results, permanent results at that, come with time.

And I personally love eating too much to ever consider crash dieting.

You can't expect that achieving a Beyonce-type-of-body is as easy a 1-2-3.. If it is so easy, then everyone must have a body like celebrities!! Losin' weight should start with a healthy lifestyle. The more you feel it's difficult, the more you should strive. The more you strive, the faster you'll adapt. The faster you adapt to that lifestyle, the greater the feeling. On the journey of losing weight, every effort of "not eating this", "not eating that" pays off. trust me! And make exercise also a part of your daily routine.. 

On my first week, i lost 3 kilos and 2.5 inches off my waistline.. My first two days are nightmare!! But i really kept in mind that "this will pay off.... soon  enough". Then on my third day, i totally omitted RICE and replaced it with a whole wheat bread instead. I eat fruits, a lot of fruits.. and veggies. I exercise 3 times a day--- in the morning for about 30 minutes, in the afternoon about 15 minutes and before i sleep about 20 minutes.

I agree with Ms.Victoria. We just can't lose weight in an instant. We should really take time in achieving our goal.^^ You don't have to rush things up. Self-discipline is the key.

Let's start and work hard for a healthy plus sexy body!

Please be realistic. There is no way to do it in one week. It will take time for you to adapt into a healthy lifestyle to ensure that your weight loss is permanent.
