Any drastic loss within one week is definitely not healthy. I discourage this. The best results, permanent results at that, come with time. And I personally love eating too much to ever consider crash dieting. |

You can't expect that achieving a Beyonce-type-of-body is as easy a 1-2-3.. If it is so easy, then everyone must have a body like celebrities!! Losin' weight should start with a healthy lifestyle. The more you feel it's difficult, the more you should strive. The more you strive, the faster you'll adapt. The faster you adapt to that lifestyle, the greater the feeling. On the journey of losing weight, every effort of "not eating this", "not eating that" pays off. trust me! And make exercise also a part of your daily routine.. On my first week, i lost 3 kilos and 2.5 inches off my waistline.. My first two days are nightmare!! But i really kept in mind that "this will pay off.... soon enough". Then on my third day, i totally omitted RICE and replaced it with a whole wheat bread instead. I eat fruits, a lot of fruits.. and veggies. I exercise 3 times a day--- in the morning for about 30 minutes, in the afternoon about 15 minutes and before i sleep about 20 minutes. |
