Meal Plans

You can also view the meal plans by week. Each new week will be available to you every Friday. Click on the corresponding day to see that day's menu.

You can also access a printable version of the current week, containing the menus for all seven days. (Launches a pop-up window. Your pop-up blocker may block this window at first. Temporarily disable the pop-up blocker or allow all pop-ups from BelleToday.com)

You can also view previous weeks of the meal plan, if you desire to make substitutions.

Shopping List
The shopping list of the week can be accessed from the Friday e-mail and through the meal plan page.

In Friday e-mail:

Please note that the shopping list does not include kitchen staples such as rice, sugar, salt, pepper, etc; and ingredients from the recipes listed.
The ingredients in the shopping list correspond to the items in the meal plans that are not linked to the recipes.
Similar to the meal plans, you can also access a printable version of the shopping list.
