All DEFTAC gyms (Makati, QC, Edsa, Sucat, Cebu, Davao) offer free trial sessions for BRAZILIAN JIUJITSU!

Training is also quite cheap, comes out to 2300 for 12 sessions or almost 200 php/session.

BUT they do offer the first class for free for newbies, if you want to try it out! Contact them na lang and inquire about the free trial. http://www.barre3.com.ph

Let's keep each other posted in case they open it up again.

Anyone else who got Barre 3? I don't have any set dates when I'll claim it yet...it'll be nice to meet some of you Belles, finally.

I just got the Barre3 classes myself. I'm so excited to start already, but it only starts after Holy Week! Is there anyone else who got it?
