how to loose some pounds?

 i want to loose some pounds i think i get bigger when i eat.

Regular exercise and proper diet will help you to lose pounds and remove your unwanted fats. You just have to know what are the foods could make you add another pounds or not.  You should avoid the foods that causes you to add pounds. Start a healthy diet plan and a work out.
