ASIAN HOSPITAL AND MEDICAL CENTER's Department of Occupational and Family Medicine in Partnership with Project Pink Support Group, Inc. (Cancer Care and Wellness Support Community) invite everyone to a short lecture and Free Zumba Class!

Entitled, DANCE THERAPY and an Introduction to ZUMBA FITNESS, this will be held this Saturday, 27 August 2011, at 2-5 PM at the Conference Facility Unit, Lower Ground Floor, Asian Hospital and Medical Center, Civic Drive Filinvest Corporate City, Muntinlupa. It will feature Mr. Nick Manjares, Certified Zumba Instructor, to give us a nice work-out!

ADMISSION IS ABSOLUTELY FREE! This is part of Asian Hospital and Medical Center's continuing program to raise awareness about maintaining good health. LIMITED SLOTS AVAILABLE, so please register ahead of time to be given priority.

i also like to join and try zumba, also from bacoor.. same with "nikyph" ... exciting yet affordable.. but zumba looks like expensive.

Hi Sandra! Too bad you can't come. Thanks for taking an interest, though.

There's a free aerobics class daily (I think) at the Don Bosco Church Gymnasium (Beside Amici Restaurant) at Pasay Road if you're in the Makati Area. I'll post more about it here when I get more details. The instructor there is the same instructor giving the doctors and employees of Makati Medical Center their weekly aerobics fix, so I'm pretty sure he's cool.

Have fun getting fit and good luck with the continuing weight loss quest!

hi am really interested with Zumba workout but i do not know where to go.. i live here in bacoor cavite so alabang area will be my preference.. can you help me find one that gives regular sessions of Zumba workout.. siyempre am also looking for the affordable one.. i hope you can help me thanks.

Hi, Ma. Socorro!

I only work in that hospital part time and post flyers of their events if it is relevant to our common health and fitness quests here on belletoday.  

I'm not sure if Asian Hospital will hold another Dance Therapy Lecture and Zumba Session. Please contact their Marketing Department (their contact info is on my original post) to ask. This was a project of the Breast Cancer Support Group Project Pink in cooperation with Asian Hospital's Department of Occupational and Family Medicine.
