@ greyphoenix69 So true about walking! I always wish that Filipinos would walk more...we're so used to getting jeepneys and buses stop exactly where we have to get off! Although I can't really blame those who choose to not walk...the polluted city plus the intense tropical heat.... I really enjoyed when I stayed at a dorm for college; I could walk all around the campus, which had lots of trees. |

the cheapest and easiest way to have trim legs is to simply walk everyday.it is the most profitable exercise.besides you can also save at least 8 Pesos if you do it everyday or every other day. i come from family of brisk walkers so it runs in our family to have slim legs.we were not even conscious of it until one day, my 17 year old daughter was asked how come she have slim legs by one of her classmates. when we talked about it, i old her because we love to walk.we live in libertad pasay and she sometimes just walk to CCP. when she had an ojt at PNB Macapagal Ave. she leaves early and walk her way there. it is not true that your legs will become bigger because of walking.on the contrary, you will have toned legs instead.you may also try doing some pilates on your own.just the simple ones, like pumping your legs while lying down. i am thankful that i got to study in Mapua where it is located in Intramuros, where you have to pass by Manila City Hall and the underpass to go there.I lived at San Marcelino there, and literally walked my way to school. It had toned my legs until now. |

Hi there! I found out that there is no such thing as a "spot reduction", or losing fat in just one part of the body. If you have to lose the fat, you've got to lose 'em all! The first priority is to lose the fat through 1.) diet primarily composed of lean meats, fiber from fruits, vegetables and whole grains, and healthy fats from vegetable oils 2.) cardio exercises such as running, swimming, brisk walking at least 3 times a week. When you notice that there's a significant decrease of body fat, that'ts when you can target your thighs muscles with specific exercises for toning.

exercise and diet of course. No short cuts! :) Squats and Lunges really helped me |

Avoid salty and fatty foods. And I agree that lunges and squats are perfect for the thighs. You may also try brisk walking, jogging, cycling, or using an elliptical trainer |

Consider taking barre 3 (yoga + pilates). I am and all my pants and shorts are considerably more loose in the thigh and legs. Its expensive though. |

Lunges! Squats. Myth lang yung lalaki ang muscles kapag mag exercise. :) Iba ang hormones ng girls |

it helps if you also do some lunges and squats, just make sure that you have strong back and abdominal muscles so that you wont get back pain in doing these exercises. for great abs exercises check out: |
