hi just want to share my diet,,i started using this diet last august 1, 2011,,just got this from net,,searching for an easy and effective diet that can help me lose weight every week, and i found this..it's free and all the foods are availble in your ref or in the market. My weight b4 using this diet was 68kgs. (149lbs),,and then after 1 week (as in serious ko tlga syang sinunod or ginwa) i lost 8 kgs.,,nagworry din ako kasi bka hind normal gnun kalaking kgs. na nwala,,and then ngstop ako ng 4 days then started the diet again,,then hind ko nmmalayan nglose na tlga,,friends and relatives napapnsin na nila na pumayat ako,,and some of my clothes nung college ako ay ngagamit ko na, ginawa ko lng tong diet 2x,,,by the way im a mother na with 3 kids,,so i decided to do this kasi pra mgamit ko din ung mga dating clothes ko instead of buying clothes na size "xl",,hind din nmn sya purely diet,,cleansing sya at detoxification...now my weight is 56kgs (from 68kgs.)and im happy about this..

Alright Heidi... you know you're gonna have to share your secret with us desperate girls!!! lol!!! please email me your diet! thanks! or friend me and send me the diet.  BTW.  ordered the Nubrilliance Microdermabrasion. I will let you know how its  works!
