No, thisis not true. Apple cider vinegar is not responsible for causing hemorrhoids. Rather, hemorrhoids can occur due to constipation, child birth, prolonged sitting or other. Apple cider vinegar is a natural remedy that is used for the treatment of several ailments. There is no evidence regarding apple cider vinegar causes hemorrhoids.

Not so true. There is no regular reason why hemorrhoids sprout. It is not the cider that will cause hemorrhoid. That is not true.

hi all,

hemorroids are actually swolen veins of the anus (same physiology as varicous veins). swelling is due to the pressure on the veins (from prolonged standing / sitting, wearing of hi-heels [mas increased and pressure if your heavier] pregnancy, and chronic constipation). Unfortunately a hemorrhoidal condition only tends to get worse over the years. That is why safe, gentle, and effective treatment for hemorrhoids is recommended as soon as they occur.

Medical treatment of hemorrhoids is aimed initially at relieving symptoms. Measures to reduce symptoms include

· Warm tub baths several times a day in plain, warm water for about 10 minutes. · Application of a hemorrhoidal cream or suppository to the affected area for a limited time.

Preventing of the recurrence of hemorrhoids will require relieving the pressure and straining of constipation. Doctors will often recommend increasing fiber and fluids in the diet. Eating the right amount of fiber and drinking six to eight glasses of fluid (not alcohol) result in softer, bulkier stools.

The best way to prevent hemorrhoids is to keep stools soft so they pass easily, thus decreasing pressure, and to empty bowels without undue straining as soon as possible after the urge occurs. Exercise, including walking, and eating a high fiber diet, help reduce constipation and straining by producing stools that are softer and easier to pass.

When you have hemorroids, doctors will suggest high fiver diet but will EXCLUDE fruits causing constipation (apples, banana). Apple ciders are combinations of verieties of apple extracts. Thus it may cause constipation which may lead to hemorrhoids..

Note: apple cider will not directly  cause hemorrhoids. It can cause constipation (if taken in excessive amounts) which can lead to hemorrhoids.

Apple cider helps detoxify the liver which can lead to weight loss. Some claim it speeds up the metabolism while some claim it burns the calories to reduce appetite. To lose weight just take 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar, mixed in water, before every meal.

So to eliminate the fear  taking apple cider, neutralize the constipating effect by drinking plenty of water and eating high fiber diets..

I tried it myself, because I was also desperate to lose weight. It didn't work and it tasted awful, so I stopped in less than one week. Now there's a huge bottle of apple cider vinegar that's been there for maybe over 6 years now.

Good to know you're feeling better now. I haven't heard about apple cider vinegar causing hemorrhoids, but sometimes, lack of fiber in the diet can also cause it.

Nothing wrong with changing the meal plan.
