I agree with the above. I had terrible adult acne a few years ago. I went to a dermatologist and she also says that diet and lifestyle plays a big role in your skin's health. Drink more water, eat lots of fruits and vegetables and sleep! Change your towels as often if you can. If you like, keep a separate towel for your face. Pat your face dry, not wipe.

Also, there's a product that works wonders for me. It's called Differin, and you can get it in any mercury drugstore. Benzac is also a good alternative. but please, consult a dermatologists before using any of these products! As for facial soaps, you'll have to find one that best suits your skin.

I also exfoliate with baking soda every week and mosturize often. This will definately remove those scars in time. Just take a tablespoon of baking soda, add a few drops of water until it's pasty, then massage your face gently. Baking soda can be abrasive for some people, so i suggest using the tips of your fingers, running them lightly on your face. You can leave the baking soda paste on your face for three minutes then rinse. Moisturize right after.

I've also tried using brown sugar. it helps mosturize, but baking soda has the bleaching effect and will whiten the dark spots faster.

After trying all the products available in the market, i've learned that the best solution is to have a facial care ritual everyday and to have a balanced diet. Also, since i'm getting older, I've decided to take supplement that strengthen my immune system like Vitamin E and a!life Protect because it has Pycnogenol. I hope this helps:)

hi, we bought a set of soap, toner, and bleaching cream from a dermcare shop sa Laguna. it is 1300.00 pesos. Lumiit yung pores ng face ko which in turn helped eliminate pimples na makati at kumakalat.

hindi nila ito minamarket eh, swerte ko lang at ni reveal sa akin ng bff ko

What's your current skincare regimen like? You might have to do some trial and error to find products that are "hiyang" for you...you can also go to a dermatologist to see results.

You will also benefit from a lifestyle change...plenty of sleep, water, exercise, fruits, and vegetables.
