Same here.. Whats worst is when we lose weight nag-sag naman un skin and nagiging visible un cellulite... I saw this excercise in youtube before its more of like stretches some are like stupid looking excercises like flying effortly and box up (suntok suntok ka pataas) before i sleep i do it with additional arm stretches.. Medyo nabawasan naman... 40 counts lang.. its not actually strict exercise just as i was watching late night shows i do it, instead of thinking of my cravings... Mejo tamad panga ako minsan naloss count na kasi nga more of like multitasking lang ehehe! Kaya natin toh.. Swimming and cardio sports are good din.. pero kung tipid mode and tamad mode.. stretch lang tayo..

sigh, i too have a LARGE  biceps. Maybe it's genetics, cause it remain"big" despite losing a lot of mass off my body. Lifting weights only make it  look a lot worse, I got a "guy's bicep"... don't know what works for me. Probably hormone treatment????

Hi, with regards to your problem which is your arms. I suggest to do boxing because I do that everyday because I must say that I have the same problem of yours but with boxing it really help me a lot. I drink also a pineapple juice and warm water.Everything follows:)

Hi there!

I found out that there is no such thing as a "spot reduction", or losing fat in just one part of the body. If you have to lose the fat, you've got to lose 'em all!

The first priority is to lose the fat through

1.) diet primarily composed of lean meats, fiber from fruits, vegetables and whole grains, and healthy fats from vegetable oils

2.) cardio exercises such as running, swimming, brisk walking at least 3 times a week.

When you notice that there's a significant decrease of body fat, that'ts when you can target your arm muscles with specific exercises for toning.

Swimming helps. Especially when you do a lot of laps. Just drink water after your swim workout instead of eating like there's no tomorrow.

Most swimmers, the varsity type, would eat a lot after training but I knew a swimmer who was also a model. She only drinks water after swim training. Most of the time you're not really hungry just really thirsty.

People forget that being in water is not the same as drinking water so their thirst feels like hunger. Kaya ang dami kong kilalang swimmer na bulky ang katawan sobra.

Pero ayun, ang ganda ng figure ng model friend ko kasi tubig lang sha after training then after half an hour if she's still feeling hungry that's when she eats. ^_^

try stretching your arms upward, even you don't play basketball.... think that you are.  the exertion of the muscles upward, will likely decrease it.

on top of any form of exercise, my personal experience is that... your problem are is always the hardest to lose. but don't lose hope, it will be smaller.... will just take a lot of time and loads of determination. =)
