What sports did/do you play?

I currently go (kick)boxing, and I'm "semi-retired" from badminton right now. But I'll play every now and then.

I was never an athletic kid while I was in school...I was actually put on the class soccer team because of my hefty size back then, but as it turned out, I couldn't even kick properly. I stepped down from the team after one practice session.

I've been training Brazilian Jiujitsu for almost three years now. I also box occasionally and try to run. To supplement BJJ, I do TRX and Kettlebells.

 Right now I do crossfits, kettlebell , and circuit trainings. I miss playing volleyball though. I will try boxing when I reached my 130 goal. :)

 Swimming is my thing.  But I love playing badminton too.

i used to play volleyball and bowling... now I'm planning to revive doing these sports as an alternative to my other physical activities.

i gotta admit, i always prefered performing more than playing a sport. but growing up i was always biking. i was part of the swimming team, and the shortest sport i ever tried was gymnastics. :))

hi, di ba walking is good..like malling, i walked for  4 hours sa mall, but di ako pinawisan, kasi malamig, it can still help to loose weight, kahit di ka pinapawisan bcoz it's cold? or nonsense to walk if u don't sweat..?

Parang sa experience ko d2 kc sa lugar namin medyo malamig sa umaga, malakas ang hangin...pag nag eexsercise kami at di pinapawisan naiinis ako, kc nakakawalang gana ang di ka pawisan, kaya ka nga nag eexsercise ay para magpapawis,  right? Exercise without sweating is useless, uminom na lang ng cup of coffe para pawisan.

We're "badminton addicts". (My husband, my 5yo son and myself) and i also play with my colleagues every Wednesday.

I was a great sprinter in highschool and early in college (I could even run in high heels). Then med school happened. Yikes.

Does Wii Tennis count as a sport? Hahah!

Im inti swimming right. Usually 3-4 times a week in an Olympic size pool after office hours. I do enjoy eat coz Im losing weight at the same time I feel relaxed always with the water.

It's not important to sweat during a workout/physical activity. All it means is that you feel hot! So ok na yung walking around the mall, as long as you don't eat or drink juice/soda/mixed coffee drinks while doing it.
