What Makes You Slip Up? when work takes most of my time, or make me stay up all night, making me susceptible for stress eating

How Many Calories Do You Consume A Day? I honestly don't know, but right now I set limits to my food consumption - 1 piece of sliced bread and 10g of canned tuna for breakfast, 2/3 cup of rice per meal for lunch and dinner, 50g of meat, 70g of fish, and lotsa veggies.
What Do You See When You Look In The Mirror? A woman who is strong enough to endure this lifelong journey to wellness.
Are You In A Relationship? Yes.
Are You The Fat Or Thin One Out Of Your Friends? Always the fat one.
Are You Depressed? Nope.
Ever Tried To Commit Suicide? Nope. I thought about it, but I never really made an attempt.

When Did It Start? I started feeling bad about my weight when I was in high school and I saw that I weighed as much as a pregnant woman.

Do You Want Help? Fortunately, I was able to help myself.
How Many Calories Do You Consume A Day? I keep it to about 1,400-1,800 calories each day.... More than 2,000+ on the weekends and while I'm on vacation!
What Do You See When You Look In The Mirror? I've learned to be comfortable my body, assets and flaws and all. =)
