lean and fab capsule... true! tried and tested... 

 

i have a friend who takes these pills, i haven't asked her though how long she's been taking it, but i could say about 4 months, and wow! she did lose weight. Still, not to put the company down tho, i'd still say there are but several things to consider if anyone wishes to take such pills:

1. its pricey, ive asked one of their distributosr and it costs 2500 per bottle (30 capsules per bottle), and you get to take 2-3 capsules daily..

2. though they say its really safe and healthy, those are still pills that have chemicals and different bodies react differently, so any reaction is possible

3. i do agree that not taking the pills after losing weight might just result to eating the same amount of food before, coz from what i know, the effect is greatly on reducing the appetite, so without the pill, well, binge eating would be just around the corner.. thus, implying that this is very much like Crash dieting, which we don't want to do either.

4. proper diet and regular appropriate exercises are still the best way for a long term weight loss and for a weight maintenance program :)

 i already heard that..manny testify that it's really effective....but it's so expensive.

Ihave heard that and wooooww their results are amazing but i dont think its healthy cause its like other products once you fail to take the dose the weight you lose will just be gained again.
