It took 5-6 months before people noticed that i lost a lot weight physically. I suggest you regularly weigh and measure yourself para kahit hindi pa nila napapansin, you know deep inside your already there. Eventually you'll be surprised with their positive raections. :)

Teng is absolutely right. In my case, it took two months of portion control and exercise before I started seeing results.

The biggest reason why most people give up exercise or so-called dieting so quickly is because they unrealistically expect changes too soon. Think about it, you didn't get to your current weight overnight, or even in two weeks. Your bodies are complex machines that have been accustomed to doing things a certain way, so any changes in your habits that you throw at it will definitely take time before taking effect.

Don't expect to lose weight so quickly. Keep your expectations realistic, and just keep doing a regular and healthy weight loss plan. The results will follow.

Hi, how long have you been working out? In my own opinion, you can't see results overnight. But feeling good that you were able to workout is a good start. I have been working out since year 2000 and only noticed changes after 5yrs of working out. But I always feel good and confident and appreciate so much that I can now see the effects of my hardwork now.

Don't lose hope. Keep on moving and you will discover so much in the coming days... :)
